General terms and conditions for the installation of our furniture lift (Junior Furniture HD 21/0- 6)
For the assembly of the furniture lift, a firm, level parking space with a minimum width of 3 meters is required – preferably directly in front of the building.
The maximum distance to the desired unloading point (window/balcony) should not exceed 8 meters.
The parking space must be freely accessible and suitable for vehicles up to 3.5 tons. No-parking zones must be applied for in advance if required – we can also handle this for you (for an additional fee).

The device can only be used in dry weather and wind speeds up to a maximum of 5 Beaufort (approx. 30–38 km/h).
In case of storms, heavy rain or icy conditions, we reserve the right to postpone the appointment at short notice for safety reasons.
When using public areas (e.g., sidewalk or street), permission from the city/public order office may be required.
This must be applied for in good time – we can take care of that for you if you wish.
The furniture lift may only be operated by our trained personnel.
Windows or balcony openings must be freely accessible and at least 80 cm wide.
Obstacles such as awnings, branches or parked vehicles must be removed or discussed with us before the appointment.
